The NAIM group is an organization that provides support and community for widows and widowers in a relaxed environment.  The title Naim (Nain) is found in the Bible story where Jesus raises to life a widow's only son who was being brought to burial, and he restores him to her. (Lk. 7:11-16)  This story reminds all who have lost a spouse to invoke Jesus for strength and healing as they seek God's plan for their lives.  At every meeting, prayers are offered for the deceased spouses.  The meetings are held once a month at a local restaurant or in the Holloway Center.  Information on meeting time and place is listed in the bulletin, or call Margaret at 815.440.1287.
